Club to count campus waste next week

The Sustainability Club at HonCC will be conducting its first Zero Waste Audit project, next Wednesday and Thursday, Nov 14 and 15.
Zero waste refers to the consciousness of waste and throwaway culture, allowing us to redesign the life cycle of our resources  so that they are reused.
Club members will be collecting data of potential waste problems that HCC can improve on that will make the campus  more environmentally sustainable.
This mean actually sorting the trash to better understand what kind of waste we are creating.
Volunteers are needed on the days of the audit, and you can also help out by taking a short survey about waste on campus here
