The Committee on Social Equity is hosting a screening on Wednesday, April 13 of “Miss Representation,” a film that  explores how we as a society can begin having a healthier discourse around imbedded stereotypes in mainstream media and what it means to future generations.

This is the final screening of three movies this semester brought to the HonCC campus exploring the issues of violence, campus culture, and gender equity through thought-provoking cinema. Refreshments will be served and opportunities to share thoughts will follow.
The movie will be shown from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Building 2, Room 201.
