Veterans from any of the University of Hawaii’s 10 campuses are
invited to attend the school’s annual Veterans Conference on
from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 9
This year’s conference, “Transitioning Beyond,” will focus on post-college
life. Ronald P. Han who is a retired Air Force colonel and
and diector of the State Office of Veteran Services will deliver the
keynote address. In addition, Allen Kaleiolani Hoe, civilian
aide to the secretary of the Army for Hawaii and decorated Army combat
veteran will address the audience following the keynote.
The conference will also feature a veteran panel during the afternoon.
The conference is free and lunch is provided. Registration deadline is Friday, Feb. 26.
