Graduation cancelled for all UH campuses

All 10 of UHʻs campuses has canceled all traditional commencement ceremonies.

“I encourage you to think of this moment as delayed, and not a loss. Students who would have walked in this semester’s ceremony will have the opportunity to participate when in-person commencement resumes,” University of Hawaii President David Lassner stated.

Commencement is one of the most honored traditions in any society, and it is one of the most highly anticipated celebrations throughout the university for students, their friends and families.

After discussions with leaders from campuses and system levels, an agreement to cancel this semesters commencement ceremony was made.
