The next workshop in the Hawaiian Center’s series on fishing will focus on how to clean and prepare fish for cooking.
Whether you like, poke, dried fish, baked fish or fried fish, all diffferent techniques will be taught.
The workshop is set for 1 p.m Oct. 16 in the Hawaii Center, Building 5, Floor 2.
