Workshop Thursday on password management

Do you have too many passwords to remember? Are you worried that someone will hack your bank or Facebook account? How “safe” are those free WiFi hotspots? Are Identity Theft programs like LifeLock and Identity Guard worth the price?
There will be a workshop at Honolulu Community College on Thursday, March 19 to learn about Password Manager applications (iOS, Android, Mac, PC) and how they can help protect your online accounts as well as make life a little easier.
Specialist Ross Egloria will  discuss strategies for making better passwords and how a little common sense can help you protect your identity and sensitive information from hackers, especially when utilizing WiFi hotspots.
This workshop, will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 19 in Building 2, Room 401.
