The contractor working on Building 7 will be cutting openings between the new air conditioning mechanical tower in the wall separating the 5th and 6th floors of the adjacent office spaces starting today, Jan. 8.
That’s going to create quite a bit of noise, officials say.
The noisy work is scheduled to be done by the end of the week, but the 5th and 6th floors of the building will be undergoing renovation, and thus off-limits, for the whole Spring semester.
