Parking lot problems at HonCC are at an all-time high in the Fall 2019 semester with lot 1C being closed due to construction.
Students come early and camp in their cars hoping to nab an open spot as someone leaves.
School officials say they hope the parking lot construction will be done sometime this semester. Until then one can only hope that construction on the lot will finish before rail construction gets to Dillingham Boulevard and makes it even harder to get around.
