Same workout, new time

 
The time for the weekly Boot Camp workouts on campus has been changed.
The weekly sessions will now be held from 1  to 2 p.m. on Wednesday in the grassy area between Building 2 and Keiki Hau’oli Children’s Center.  New participants are welcome.
Some things to bring to the workout are:
  • a large towel (i.e. beach towel)
  • comfortable clothing & active footwear
  • a positive and fun attitude!
  • a bottle for water (water will be provided for yo
